2 1/2 cup of sliced Pears
1 cup of brwn sugar
1 tblsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tblsp vanilla extract
2 oz butter
2cups of Flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup of brwn granular sugar
1tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup of OJ or apple juice
1 cup of milk ( I used vanilla soy milk instead )
2 eggs
1 tblsp lemon extract
Set Oven to 325 Place butter in 13x9 pan & place in oven
Mix pears, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, & vanilla extract together in bowl & let sit
Mix all the dry ingredients together as well stir well then gradually add juice. A hand held mixer, or food processor is fine. Add the rest of the ingredients, when ur done it should have the consistency of cake batter if 2 thick add liquid to it either more juice or more milk.
When butter has melted pour the batter into the pan DO NOT STIR next pour in all the pears once again DO NOT STIR bake for about 1 hr & 30 min
